International orders do not qualify for free 2nd day shipping. A $40 shipping fee will be applied to all orders outside the Continental U.S. |

Purchasing |
All international orders MUST be paid for using bank wire transfer. There are no exceptions to this rule. |

Return |
All international orders are subject to the same return policy as domestic orders with the exception that no returns will be accepted if you refuse to pay your country's fees relating to customs. |

Process |
If you are ordering internationally please call us at 1-651-263-5121 and we will give you all the bank wire information. You MUST call first. We reserve the right to cancel any order not abiding by our international purchasing rules and conditions. Our system is set up not to take orders from anyone outside the Continental U.S., if for some reason your order does go through, and it is an international order, your credit card will be subject to a 7% fee of the total price and we will reject your order. |

Customs |
Once you order we will immediately begin to design/create your engagement ring, and ship to you as soon as possible. However we can not guarantee delivery time due to customs. Every country has different laws regarding customs and we can not be held responsible for any delays concerning this issue.
You are responsible to pay any fees/duties according to your country's custom laws. We will not accept a return if you refuse to pay your country's custom fees/duties.
