1) Are your diamonds clarity enhanced in any way?
The short answer is No. All of our diamond engagement ring settings are set with all natural diamonds. Not one has been clarity enhanced in way, shape or form. The diamonds in our wholesale diamond database are also not clarity enhanced in any way. However the diamonds in the database come from many wholesalers around the world, and sometimes they accidentally put in diamonds that are enhanced. We're all human, mistakes happen, but not to worry though. Once you request a diamond from us, we immediately make the call to find out all we can about it. If we find out that the diamond is enhanced, in any way, you will definitely be notified, so you can choose whether or not you still wish to purchase it. |

6) Do You have a return policy?
We always strive for customer satisfaction. We take great pride in personally designing and hand crafting the diamond engagement rings offered for sale on our website. We are confident that upon receipt of your purchase, you will find that it meets or exceeds your expectations. However if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your engagement ring, you have 30 days to notify us that you plan to return your item(s) for a refund or exchange minus shipping/handling. You MUST return the item(s) in it's original condition so that we receive it back at our offices within 30 days, starting from the day that you receive your ring. 7) Do You Charge Sales Tax?
At this time we do not charge sales tax for orders shipped outside the state of Minnesota. Any orders shipped to the state of Minnesota will be charged a 6 ½% sales tax. |

10) How do you ship the engagement rings?
We use FedEx to ship our engagement rings. We insure the ring for the full value that you paid for it in case it gets lost, stolen or damaged during shipping. That way the ring will be covered against accidental loss. You are not responsible for the engagement ring until it arrives at your door and you sign for it. (You will have to sign for it) In some cases such as APO addresses, we will ship engagement rings via the United States Postal Service, or we will even use UPS if FedEx delivery is not available in your area. One way or another, we will get it to you. If you are not home when FedEx attempts to deliver your engagement ring, they will leaved a notice on your door. You can call them and have them redeliver the package the following business day, or you may go to your local FedEx facility with proper identification and pick up the package there. |

11) Can You Explain What It Means When A Diamond Is Clean To The Naked Eye? (Eye Clean)
By definition, diamonds with a clarity grade of Flawless, Internally Flawless, VVS1, VVS2, VS1, VS2 and SI1 are "Eye Clean" (clean to the naked eye OR clean to your eyes without using any type of magnification) An SI2 clarity grade is where a diamond begins to make the transition from "Eye Clean" to visually imperfect, meaning that you may quite possibly start to see the inclusions with your eyes. This will tend to be more true in an EGL certified diamond as opposed to a GIA certified diamond. This is because GIA is typically more strict in their grading criteria. After all, GIA invented the system in place today used to grade diamonds worldwide, known as the 4 C's. This is also why you will probably pay extra for a GIA certified diamond. |

12) Do You Have A Retail Store In My State?
We do not operate any retail store locations. This allows us to focus on what we do best, design and manufacture engagement rings and offer them to you at a substantial discount compared to your local jewelry store. 16) Once I Order My Engagement Ring, How Long Will It Take To Receive It?
All of our engagement rings are custom made to the specifications that you provide. We do not maintain an inventory of "Stock Sizes" for resizing. We choose to make your ring this way so that you will receive a brand new ring, made exactly the way you ordered it, rather than taking a "stock size" off the shelf and resizing it. Although this method takes longer for you to receive your new engagement ring, we strongly believe that you will receive a better product in the end and be more satisfied. Since many of our engagement rings are extremely intricate pieces of craftsmanship, please allow up to 14 business days for your ring to be shipped from our facility. In most cases, we will ship it overnight it for you so that you will receive it the next business day. This is done at our sole discretion. Free 2nd day shipping is included at no additional charge. Solitaire engagement rings and rings that are less intricate in their design, can often times be shipped much quicker. When using a credit or debit card, you may only ship the ring to the address that is on file with your credit or debit card company, or bank. In some cases, you may call your credit or debit card company and ask that they temporarily change your address to the address that you wish to ship your ring to. If you need to place an order this way, please contact us first. We will help you with the proper instructions on how to complete this type of transaction. This will ensure that you do not experience any delay when placing your order.

19) If I buy a diamond and an engagement ring setting from your business, do you set the center diamond for me?
Yes. When you buy the setting and the diamond from our company, we set the diamond in the ring for you. When we ship the item to you, it will be a completed engagement ring that will also include a ring box, and the diamond certificate if you buy a certified diamond from our database. If you would rather not have the diamond set, please let us know and we will be glad to ship the diamond and the engagement ring, without setting the center diamond. For customers that wish to purchase just an engagement ring setting, please note that all engagement ring settings are shipped with the "accent diamonds" already set. We do not ship "raw castings." |
